About the movie

Emma and Henry’s marriage is losing its spark. In an effort to reconnect on their 9-year anniversary, they vacation to a remote luxury rental. After spending the first night in the hi-tech house, they wake up the next morning to find out all their belongings are gone and replaced. After suspecting a nighttime intruder, they decide to flee, only to become hostage by an unseen Voice that watches all their moves. The couple are forced to perform stereotypical husband and wife in order to keep the Voice satisfied. Their marriage is put on a test and they must work together to uncover the truth and find a way to escape from the house.
Directed by the American filmmakers Chris Lofing and Travis Cluff, previously known from their feature films The Gallows and The Gallows Act II, Held is the latest mystery horror film from the director’s duo. Official Selection at London FrightFest Film Festival
