About the movie

Documentary filmmaker John Chester and his wife Molly have documented the seven-year process of living self-sufficiently, developing a 200 acres farm outside of Los Angeles. Along the way they face nature’s rough challenges through blood, sweat and tears, while striving to live a sustainable life.
The Biggest Little Farm has been critically acclaimed since its premiere at the 2018 Telluride Film Festival. Following Molly and John Chester (Super Soul Shorts, Rock Prophecies) embarking on their farm life-dreams, the documentary portrays the possibilities, challenges and rewards of a sustainable life.
