About the movie

Chick Fight tells the story of Anna and her best friend, Charleen, working towards a better life. Anna is a woman in desperate need of change when her current employment situation is in question. When Charleen introduces Anna to a secret underground, all-female fight club, her mess of a life turns around and she begins to see the silver linings in her life again. Anna soon discovers she is much more invested and personally connected to the history of the club than she ever could have imagined. She slowly starts to rediscover herself, her inner strength and purpose at the club while efficiently fighting her rivals in the ring.
Directed by action-comedy director Paul Leyden, Chick Fight is a modern twist on the fight club story. Malin Åkerman who plays the main character is also one of the Chick Fight’s main producers.
