In his 20’s, Merce Cunningham travelled to New York City to pursue his dreams of dancing – and emerged as one of the most visionary choreographers in the world. In Cunningham 3D, his life and work transpire through captivating excerpts of his choreographies.
Featuring performances from the last generation of dancers who worked with Cunningham before his passing in 2009, his legacy is portrayed as a unique visual experience. Currently in production, the 3D technology will weave together Cunningham’s philosophies and stories, creating a visceral journey into the choreographer's world.
