Documentary
With Robert Reich as our guide, the feature film “Inequality for All” explores the causes and consequences of the widening income gap in America and asks what it means to the future of the economy and the nation. At the heart of the film is a simple proposition: what is a good society, and what role does the widening income gap play in the deterioration of America’s economic health?
Inspired by Reich’s book Aftershock, the film was nominated for the Grand Jury Price and winner of the Special Jury Prize at Sundance 2013. “Inequality for All” is for economic equality what “An inconvenient Truth” was for climate change. It also follows the trial of Ferguson´s “Inside Job”, which won the Oscar for Best documentary in 2010.
