THE TIGER'S TAIL is a black comedy thriller about a successful businessman in contemporary boom-time, 'Celtic Tiger' Ireland, whose life begins to unravel when he encounters his doppelganger.
Written, directed and produced by John Boorman (Deliverence, Tailor of Panama) and starring Boorman's long time collaborator, Brendan Gleeson (The General, Harry Potter) with Kim Cattrall (Sex and the City), Sinead Cusack, Ciaran Hinds and Briain Gleeson, The Tiger’s Tail is a beautifully written and intelligent dramatic thriller. It received both critical and popular acclaim during its premiere at the 2006 San Sebastian Film Festival.
